We are innovative caterers catering to all functions and events including weddings and private functions. You will find us out and about at various markets, festivals, and community events. We have packages to suit all budgets and dietary requirements. Our extensive menu is tailored for each event. We typically serve up to 10 different dishes per event.

​The chili in the logo having over 4000 species represents the complexity of our secret combinations of herbs and spices to ensure nothing tastes the same. The word Fusion represents the combination of different origin cuisines. The word Viet and the colour red and yellow signifies the founders' culture and all dishes will carry a connection back to their origin.
