Welcome Back to the Esplanade Market!
(Note: Our 12 Food and Beverage places are fully booked for 2024. Therefore, we are not taking any food or beverage bookings for the rest of the year.)
We're thrilled to have you back with us.
If you haven't made a booking in the last 6 months you must reapply via our application process.
Just a friendly reminder, bookings close at 12am on the Monday prior to any Sunday.
Only book the dates you can attend, please read the booking policy below.

Booking Policy:
By submitting your booking request, you agree to the Council's financial terms and understand that once an invoice is issued it must be paid. We are not able to cancel an invoice.
Bookings are considered confirmed upon email request for dates;
- Once invoiced there is no refund offered to date changes.
- Our cancellation policy for casual stallholders is as follows,
- emails received at least 14 days before the market date, will receive a credit to move that on to another market.
- emails received between 8 - 13 days before the market date, will receive a credit to move that on to another market, however a $30 admin cancellation fee will apply.
- emails received within the week leading up to the market, there is no credit available. Invoice must be paid.
