Booking Guidelines for St Kilda Esplanade Market

Only book if approved: Please make a booking only after you've been approved through the application process

Booking in advance: You can make bookings up to 2 months in advance.

Payment: Full payment for the booking is due by the stated due date on your invoice. This is generally 10 days prior to your booking. 

Invoices: All issued invoices must be paid regardless of booking changes. 

Last-minute bookings: Bookings for the upcoming Sunday Market close at 5 pm on the Monday prior.

Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is approved, you’ll receive an invoice. All bookings are subject to availability.

Multiple Dates: If you'd like to book more than one date, please list them in the 'Additional Comments' section.

Booking Changes & Cancellation Policy:

• 14+ days before the market: You'll receive a credit to use for another market date. Invoice must be paid.
• 8-13 days before the market: You’ll receive a credit, but a $30 admin fee will apply. Invoice must be paid.
• Within 7 days of the market: No credit is available. Invoice must be paid.

Please Note:

• We do not hire out marquees or equipment.
• The market does not have powered sites.
